Our Denver location is looking for a part-time Youth Esports Coach to lead teams through weekly practices, competitive events, and player development. As a coach, you'll do more than teach video games. You'll help young players develop communication, teamwork, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship while creating a positive and engaging team environment. If you're passionate about competitive gaming and enjoy working with kids and teens, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead structured weekly practices for competitive esports teams. Coach players in games such as VALORANT, Rocket League, League of Legends, Fortnite , and other titles offered through XP League. Teach game fundamentals, strategy, communication, teamwork, and competitive decision-making. Review gameplay and provide constructive, individualized feedback to help players improve. Track player and team progress throughout the season. Provide parents with clear, professional updates regarding their child's development and progress. Promote positive sportsmanship, accountability, respect, and healthy competition. Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all players. Assist with local marketing, camps, events, and other programs that support arena growth. Follow XP League coaching standards, policies, and program guidelines. Help maintain a professional and welcoming arena environment for players and families.
