• Teach engaging swim lessons using The Swim School of Denver curriculum and safety standards
• Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for swimmers of different ages and abilities
• Adapt instruction to individual needs while keeping lessons safe, active, and fun
• Track progress and share clear, positive feedback with parents and caregivers
• Prepare and store lesson equipment and help maintain an organized pool area & changing rooms
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development on occasional weekday evenings and weekends What We Are Looking For
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with children
• Reliable, professional, and positive communication
• Be 18+ years old, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in a warm indoor pool
• Ability to demonstrate swimming and water-safety skills after training
• Availability for a consistent schedule that may include occasional weekday evenings and weekends
• Previous swim, teaching, coaching, or childcare experience is preferred but not required Position Details

Base Pay:

starts at $20/hour Additional training earns an increase to base amount Weekend shifts: No weekends Substitute shifts: +$2.00/hour Quarterly performance bonus potential
