ABOUT THIS ROLE

Little Kickers Swim School is not your average swim school. We are a team of passionate, career-minded people who are changing what aquatics looks like. COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Starting Pay:

$25/hour A chance to earn up to $32/hour within your first 60 days, after training and an evaluation of your teaching. Reviews twice a year with a path for advancement

Please do not apply if you don't meet the following criteria: You're a strong, confident swimmer who feels right at home in the water You genuinely love working with kids from five months old through school age You're comfortable working solo with babies and toddlers. Parents don't get in the water at Little Kickers, even with our youngest swimmers, so you'll be holding, supporting, and teaching them on your own You have reliable, consistent availability. Our kids build trust with their instructors, and our families count on you being there You communicate well with both kids and parents You have a career mindset and want to grow with us, not just fill a shift

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Instruction You'll teach private, one on one lessons to kids from five months old up to swim team level. Parents cheer from the viewing gallery while you work your magic in the water. Lead fun, structured lessons for all ages and skill levels Teach babies and toddlers solo, since parents don't get in the water Meet each swimmer right where they are and adjust as they grow Build real confidence with lots of encouragement Safety This is the one thing we never joke about. Every kid in your lane is your responsibility. Keep eyes on your swimmers at all times Follow pool rules, safety protocols, and emergency procedures every time Use equipment properly and respond fast to any concern Family Communication Parents love hearing how their little one is doing, so you'll keep them in the loop.
