Expected Hours:
1-5 classes per week (varies by demand, your availability, and your track record with us — more on that below)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, after 2 PM during the school year

Position Summary:
We're seeking energetic, purpose-driven coaches who love working with kids and creating structured environments where they thrive. This independent contractor role offers flexibility for teachers, coaches, or professionals seeking meaningful supplemental income.
How Your Schedule Grows With Us:
This is a real independent contractor role, which means your hours aren't fixed and they will fluctuate. Most coaches start with 1-2 classes a week. That's normal. As schools get to know you, and as you build a track record with us for reliability, communication, and great classes, we prioritize you for more sections, new schools, and returning contracts each season. About 90% of our school partners renew year over year, so the more consistent and dependable you are early on, the more that turns into steady, growing work. Put in the work, build the relationships, and the classes follow. Current Openings (Beginner-Level Programs): Cooking (Healthy Eating & Literacy) Dance, Cheer (Beginner-Intermediate Level) Sports (Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football) &
General Fitness Note:
This is NOT a full-time position. Class frequency varies based on school demand, your availability, and how you build your track record with us over time.

Important:
As an independent contractor, your schedule fluctuates based on school demand. Some weeks you may teach multiple classes, other weeks fewer, especially when you're just getting started. This isn't a sign something's wrong. It's how the work naturally builds. Coaches who stay consistent and communicative tend to see their class load grow steadily each season.
