Whether you're a former player, educator, or simply someone who loves working with kids, this is your chance to make an impact. What You'll Do Lead focused, engaging, skill-based training sessions for kids ages 4-15 Teach technical and decision-making soccer skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for the game Work with players grouped by ability level Support or lead small-sided games (3v3, 5v5, etc.) Create a positive, encouraging environment for all players Follow our training curriculum and coaching standards Communicate and collaborate with other coaches Attend sessions, games, and occasional events What We're Looking For Enjoy working with kids and being a positive role model Reliable, punctual, and responsible Good communication skills and energy Soccer knowledge or playing experience (any level) Willingness to learn and improve as a coach Bonus Points (Not Required) CPR / First Aid certification Experience working with kids Second language fluency What You Get Competitive hourly pay based on role and experience Consistent training and coaching education opportunities Flexible scheduling Consistent weekly hours available On-the-job coaching development Opportunities to grow into Lead Coach roles A fun, active job that actually makes a difference in kids' lives About Us We're not your average soccer club.
