In this role, you will support the head coach in delivering engaging tennis instruction, fostering a positive environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing tennis training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels Support the head coach in demonstrating techniques, drills, and game strategies during practices and matches Provide encouragement and constructive feedback to players to improve their performance and confidence Help supervise players during training, matches, and other activities to ensure safety and proper behavior management Contribute to creating an inclusive, positive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and organization before and after sessions Support the implementation of health and safety protocols during all coaching activities Requirements Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education, preferably with tennis or related sports experience.
