26-27 School Year Lewis-Palmer School District 38, in Monument, CO, is looking for a Head Wrestling Coach at Palmer Ridge High School to be lead the Boys and Girls Wrestling programs. The Head Coach will manage the coaching staff, develop the budget, lead fundraising and purchasing, and control the inventory of all equipment and uniforms for the entire program. The Head Coach will manage all off-season and pre-season training, in-season practices and games, and develop a summer and off-season program designed to enhance the student athletes' development as players. The Head Coach will also put into place character education elements into the football program that mirrors the school culture. The Head Coach will be responsible for parent communication throughout the program, keeping families informed of all activities both during, and off-season. The Head Coach will also be expected to work with other athletic programs to encourage multi-sport athletes within Palmer Ridge High School. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. This is a stipend position and the starting amount depends on experience. This position will remain open until filled.
