Runs practice sessions and physical conditioning programs; assesses the strengths and weaknesses of players; plans strategies for games; motivates and encourage players and teaches good sportsmanship.

What You'll Do:
As a YMCA Certified Swim Instructor, you'll provide high-quality swim and water safety instruction to children and adults at all skill levels. You'll create a fun, welcoming learning environment where participants feel safe, supported, and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
Instruct group and private swim lessons for all ages and abilities Teach proper techniques, water safety, and stroke development Supervise participants closely to ensure a safe learning environment Build positive, encouraging relationships with swimmers and families Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively; administer first aid/CPR as needed Keep accurate records and communicate progress with participants or parents Uphold YMCA policies and ensure a positive, inclusive pool environment
What You Bring:
