Travel Baseball Assistant Coach Program Mission :

Baseball Program's mission is to grow and develop aspiring travel ball players into quality individuals, teammates, and leaders. We approach our time with each athlete and their respective team with well-constructed practice plans and a constant belief in our players as they learn to build confidence and pursue success, both on and off the field. Position:

Provide 8u

• 15u individual and team baseball instruction in a manner aligned with FCU's strategic mission, positive player approach, and business strategy.

Design, document and present practice plans / game day rosters and depth charts to the

FC UNITED

President and Head Coaches. Communicate clear and precise practice and game details with all FCU players and families. Assist or lead activities for FCU baseball practices.

Position Expectations:

We expect our staff to be on-time, meticulously prepared, and set the example of how our ballplayers should train to succeed. (Adhere to

schedules, being prompt and prepared for each practice and/or game.) Local Fairfield and CT/NY Travel may be required. Current proficiency with Microsoft Office and all social media channels

Experience:

Pursuit of a bachelor's degree plus one year of coaching experience for recreational, travel or middle school / high school baseball.

Work Schedule:

2026 Winter Training Jan 25th

• Mar 29th
• Sundays 5:00p
• 8:00p @ Univ of Bridgeport Fieldhouse. Weekly Training Days TBD; Start time 5:30p on Spring Season
• April 1
• June 10th; One practice per week in Fairfield or Easton plus Weekend Games.

Compensation Hourly rate or Full Season Stipend commensurate with qualifications and coaching experience. Above all, we expect our coaches to be exceptional human beings — positive, dependable, humble, and committed to helping every player grow with confidence, respect, and integrity.
