The ideal candidates will have a passion for player development, and will be responsible for guiding student-athletes in their athletic pursuits while fostering teamwork, discipline, and personal growth. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead training sessions and practices for high school girls' soccer teams. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive behavior among student-athletes. Foster a positive environment that promotes individual and team development. Skills 2 years experience coaching at a high school level Strong behavior management skills to promote discipline and positive conduct on and off the field. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational skills.
