The Role We're looking for a motivated, client-focused Personal Trainer/Strength & Conditioning Coach who thrives in a client-first environment. This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, energetic, and passionate about strength training and people. You'll be a key part of ATP's growth and culture, coaching both small-group personal training and 1-on-1 sessions with precision and energy. Responsibilities Lead small-group, 1-on-1, and team training sessions with energy and detail Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with our chiropractic/performance team on assessments and corrective coaching Create individualized training programs based on goals and progress Keep the training floor safe, clean, and high-energy Drive community engagement and client outreach Contribute to team meetings with ideas and leadership Requirements Preferably certified (CSCS / CPT) CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication + people skills Strong organizational/time management ability Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, some Saturdays) Team-first attitude — energy matters as much as experience
