Minimum Qualifications:

At least 5 years of high performing swimming experience High school diploma or GED Age 18+ (per insurance requirements) Strong in-person communication and swim test skills (you must demonstrate all four strokes with solid technique)

Preferred Qualifications:

Competitive swimming background at high school level or higher Experience in early childhood education, teaching, or the medical/nursing field Natural ability to connect with kids and foster a positive, energetic learning environment

Scheduling & Growth:

Weekend-only shifts available-must work a Saturday or a Sunday Preference for 3-4 weekly shifts (approx. 4 hours each) Serious about your career?
