Crew Head Coach

Crew Head Coaching Position:

Marianapolis Preparatory School seeks a qualified crew head coach to lead our program. The qualified applicant ideally has competed in rowing at the college/university level and/or has three to five years of coaching experience. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrate advanced technical knowledge of rowing, and maintain professional conduct and serve as role models to student-athletes. Preference will be given to candidates who have: Experience as a rower/coxswain (required) Can tow a trailer and understands rowing risk management Enthusiasm for rowing, helping recruit and retain student-athletes Ability to teach and train rowers of all levels Interest in recruiting potential student-athletes Willingness and ability to obtain a PSL driving certification and support transportation of the student-athletes There is potential for a full-time position should the candidate be interested in teaching.
