Softball Instructor

D-BAT Trumbull is looking for Softball instructors for individual and group lessons, as well as our camps and clinics. Instructors will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as solid time management. Responsibilities include : Analyzing overall form, agility, and existing techniques and ability to make appropriate improvements. Safeguarding sports players from avoidable injuries by instilling appropriate techniques. Supervising the use of pertinent sporting equipment. Preparing facilities and setting-up equipment. Facilitating practice sessions. Motivating players to reach their goals.
