Seasonal Job Summary Kingswood Oxford School is seeking qualified candidates for seasonal coaching positions during the 2026-27 school year. Coaches play an important role in fostering student-athlete growth through skill development, character, sportsmanship, academic success, and community engagement.

Cross Country Soccer Responsibilities Organize and lead practices and competitions. Plan and manage all aspects of team preparation and game-day operations. Foster the development of student-athletes in alignment with the mission and core values of Kingswood Oxford School. Support student-athletes by emphasizing academic success, character development, social-emotional growth, and community involvement. Complete end-of-season responsibilities, including collection of uniforms and equipment, award recommendations, and a season summary. Create a competitive, positive, and inclusive environment for all student-athletes. Preferred Qualifications Previous coaching experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
