Assistant Coach Womens Lacrosse

Eastern Connecticut State University's Women's Lacrosse team is looking for a part-time Assistant Coach. This position is located onsite in Willimantic, CT. You will report to the Head Coach of the Women's Lacrosse team. What you'll do: Participate in the leading and implementing the preseason and season practices. Help monitor conditioning programs Provide input to the evaluation of the athlete's performance and progress. Evaluate opponents' performance and scouting. Ensure the best performance of athletes during games Assist in recruiting prospective student athletes Attend practices, games, and our spring training trip Participate in planning for events including fundraising or other special functions Help manage our social media accounts Other responsibilities as assigned The position, governed by the rules and regulations of the NCAA and of Eastern, requires working with the Head Coach in all facets of the program. You must develop a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of Collegiate college coaching experience or 3+ years of coaching experience Knowledge, observance, and commitment to all rules and regulations Valid operator/drivers license is required This is a part-time, paid position.
