Seasonal /Stipend-Based Compensation:
$1,357.00 (stipend) Position Overview We are seeking a committed and organized Head Coach to lead our Girls Cross Country program. This position requires a coach who can build endurance athletes, create structure, and establish a culture of accountability and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute daily practices beginning at 3:30 PM
- Develop training plans focused on endurance, pacing, and injury prevention
- Prepare athletes for meets and manage race-day execution
- Foster a disciplined, team-oriented culture
- Monitor student-athlete academic progress
- Communicate consistently with families and school leadership Requirements
- Prior coaching or running experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Must meet all district coaching requirements Stipend Requirement Coaches must complete at least 75% of the season (practices and competitions) to receive the full stipend.
