$18-$40/hour Job Summary We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Youth Soccer Coaches who love working with children and have a passion for sports, fitness, and youth development. As a Soccer Stars Coach , you'll lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes that help children develop fundamental skills, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. This is a great opportunity for coaches, athletes, teachers, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and wants a flexible, rewarding weekend position. Schedule & Availability We are currently hiring coaches with availability for: Weekend mornings Weekend afternoons Additional weekday afternoon hours may be available Candidates must be able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule. Responsibilities Lead high-energy soccer classes using our structured curriculum Teach beginner-friendly soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and coordination Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children Adjust activities based on age and skill level Build relationships with children, families, and school partners Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions Communicate professionally with parents, site staff, and our team Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to coach

Requirements Required:

Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to class locations Available consistently on weekends Positive, energetic personality and comfortable leading groups of children Must pass required background checks

Preferred:

Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, camps, childcare, etc.) Soccer experience (playing or coaching) CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Soccer Stars? Are you available to work every Saturday and Sunday between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM?
