Join the Soccer Stars Team! Do you love working with kids and have a passion for sports? Soccer Stars Fort Myers-Naples is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic coaches to lead our Spirit League after-school soccer program this fall! This is the perfect opportunity for teachers, college students, former athletes, coaches, or anyone who enjoys making a positive impact on children's lives. What You'll Do Lead fun, high-energy soccer practices for elementary-aged children (K-5th Grade) Teach fundamental soccer skills in a positive, encouraging environment Build confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship Create an engaging experience where every child feels successful Communicate professionally with parents and school staff Help coach weekend Spirit League game days Schedule After-school practices: Tuesdays and Thursdays (approximately 3:00pm-4:45pm depending on school) Weekend game days: Two Saturdays during the season Flexible scheduling based on your availability What We're Looking For Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, camps, childcare, etc.) Soccer playing or coaching experience preferred but not required Positive, energetic, and dependable personality Comfortable leading groups of children Reliable transportation Must pass a Level II Background Screening (we'll guide you through the process) What We Offer $19-$22 per hour (based on experience) Paid training All lesson plans and equipment provided Flexible part-time schedule Supportive coaching team Opportunities for additional coaching hours throughout the week A rewarding job where you'll make a lasting impact on children in your community About Soccer Stars Soccer Stars is the nation's premier children's soccer program, helping kids ages 1-12 develop confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of movement through fun, age-appropriate soccer activities.
