Certification Required Athletic Coaching Additional Job Information Required Qualifications:

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Florida Educator's Certificate in any subject

• First aid training concepts, injury prevention, CPR Willingness to devote time before and after school hours Cheerleading coaches of non-competitive teams are not Required to hold a Florida Educator's Certificate. Must have Hernando County School District required 20-hour Sports First Aid course offered through Human Kinetics.
