Scout is powered by NIKE and serves ages 8u-18u. We are excited to announce our newest expansion throughout the Tampa Bay & Clearwater areas. USA Scout Baseball/Team Nike has multiple levels of teams, ranging from elite-level National/U.S. teams to local, developmental teams. Our program focuses on long term player development, combined with a strong emphasis on Sports Performance Training. In addition, we provide a path for our players to get to the next level by providing college recruitment assistance & guidance. In addition, USA Scout is an
ALL-INCLUSIVE & YEAR-ROUND PROGRAM.
We are seeking passionate and dedicated coaches to lead our teams in developing skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship among players. The ideal candidate will have a strong pro-level background in baseball, preferably collegiate and/or professional play and experience working with players of various ages and skill sets. This role involves not only coaching but also mentoring young athletes to help them grow both on and off the field. In addition to a coaching salary, USA Scout Baseball coaches/instructors are able to provide lessons to players, at our indoor facility, located in Palm Harbor, Fl. & RETAIN 100%
OF THEIR LESSON FEES.

) Responsibilities Plan and conduct effective baseball practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies. Attend organization tryouts beginning August 2026. Fall season starts Aug 2026. Attend weekly team practices and be available to coach weekend tournaments. Teach fundamental baseball techniques including hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running. Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation and personal growth among all players. Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Communicate regularly with players and parents regarding expectations, schedules, and player development. Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing rules and regulations during practices and games. Collaborate with other coaches to develop comprehensive training programs Requirements Previous coaching experience in baseball or related sports is preferred. Ideally, have played at the collegiate or professional level. Strong understanding of baseball fundamentals and strategies. Experience working with students or youth in a coaching or mentorship capacity is highly desirable. Ability to create engaging practice sessions that cater to varying skill levels within the team.
