Duties Lead engaging group fitness classes to energize members. Conduct assessments of members' physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy to personalize workout plans effectively. Promote fitness sales by engaging with members about program options and encouraging ongoing participation. Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating gym environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in fitness coaching or personal training with a strong background in group fitness instruction. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise science principles.
