Responsibilities Lead training sessions and practices for our competitive team athletes Develop tailored coaching plans that focus on skill improvement, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning. Foster a positive team environment by promoting good behavior management, respect, and teamwork among athletes of various age groups. Monitor athlete progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols, including lifeguard standards when applicable, and maintain a secure environment for children and students. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and staff to communicate athlete progress and address any behavioral or developmental concerns. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience as a Competitive Gymnastics Coach. Ability to manage behavior effectively while motivating young athletes through positive reinforcement techniques.
