Posnack is a private school and a member of the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA). The candidate should possess the coaching expertise and organizational skills needed to work within the assigned duties of the program. Attendance at practice sessions and availability for all competition dates is a high priority. This position requires general knowledge of flag football and the ability to work within the framework set by the athletic director.
Qualifications:
At least two years of successful coaching or playing experience at a competitive level. Excellent communication skills and a student-focused approach are required.
