The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, teaching, and experience working with students of various skill levels. This role involves developing training programs, enhancing players' skills, and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to the skill levels of team members Conduct regular practices focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork Organize and lead competitive matches and tournaments Provide constructive feedback to players to improve their performance Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation and growth Manage player behavior during practices and games to maintain discipline and focus Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff regarding team activities and player progress Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games Experience Previous experience in sports coaching is essential, preferably in volleyball or related sports Background in teaching physical education or working with students in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable Familiarity with behavior management techniques to effectively guide young athletes Additional skills in lifeguarding, karate, swimming, martial arts, basketball, cheerleading, climbing, or judo are considered an asset Experience working in health clubs or gyms is beneficial We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can inspire young athletes while promoting physical fitness and teamwork through the sport of volleyball.
