Youth Soccer Coach - Part-Time Soccer Stars Fort Myers-Naples $19-$22 per hour Do you love working with kids, bringing positive energy, and making a difference? Soccer Stars Fort Myers-Naples is growing, and we're looking for two enthusiastic coaches to join our team! This isn't a role where you stand on the sidelines with a clipboard. You'll be running imaginative soccer games, celebrating big and small victories, and helping children build confidence—one high-five at a time. You don't need to be a professional soccer player. We're looking for people who are dependable, energetic, encouraging, and genuinely enjoy working with children. We provide the curriculum, equipment, and training you need to succeed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead fun, age-appropriate soccer classes for children ages 18 months through elementary school Follow our proven Soccer Stars curriculum while bringing your own positive personality to each class Create a welcoming environment where every child feels successful Communicate professionally and warmly with parents, schools, and program partners Set up and clean up equipment before and after classes Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to bring the energy Represent Soccer Stars positively in the community
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable leading a group Patient and encouraging with young children Extremely dependable and punctual Able to communicate confidently with parents and school staff Willing to be silly, imaginative, and fully engaged during class Comfortable working outdoors and staying active Available for consistent weekly shifts At least 18 years old with reliable transportation Soccer experience is helpful, but it is not required. Experience in coaching, teaching, childcare, recreation, camps, cheer, dance, or youth programs is also a great fit.

LOCATIONS
Our programs are offered throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers. Coaches may work at schools, preschools, community parks, and neighborhood locations based on availability. Looking for coaches who are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and some weekends.
