This role is not for team coaching — we're specifically looking for someone who enjoys working with all ages, breaking down skills, and helping athletes progress safely and confidently. What You'll Do Lead tumbling classes and/or private lessons Teach and spot skills from beginner through advanced levels Focus on proper technique, body awareness, and safe progression Break down skills in a way athletes can understand and apply Help athletes build confidence, consistency, and strong fundamentals

What We're Looking For Required:

Prior experience in cheer, gymnastics, or coaching tumbling Strong knowledge of tumbling progressions and body mechanics Ability to teach multiple levels (beginner through advanced - back walkovers to layouts) Detail-oriented, patient, and able to give clear corrections Positive energy while maintaining high standards Reliable, professional, and a team player Available in the evenings and some weekends Why FTC Family-driven culture with an elite standard of training Athletes who are motivated and coachable Flexible scheduling based on availability Supportive, positive environment
