• Part-time RADDSports Elite Volleyball Club is a younger volleyball club in Gainesville, FL entering our 4th season.

We have grown from our first season of 50 athletes to now having more than 120 athletes in our RADD Elite program covering 10 travel teams from 11U through 18U. RADD Elite Volleyball has a year round prep, development and competitive program which teaches at different levels to prepare athletes age 5 to 16 years to playing volleyball with us in on one of our RADD Elite travel teams. RADD is looking to add Head coach / Assistant coach positions to help our club and programs grow. We are in search of individuals who have a passion for working with/coaching kids and love for the sport of volleyball, in a dynamic and positive atmosphere.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The hire will have the opportunity to Head coach or assist one or more of our competitive teams (depending on experience). There are also opportunities to coach within our non-competitive programs for the 2026/27 season. Our teams practices two to three times a week depending on what level the team is playing at. Practices generally run from 530 to 730 and 730 to 930 Monday through Friday. The Travel teams will play between 7 and 9 tournaments club teams during the season.

QUALIFICATIONS

Head Coach Extensive knowledge of volleybal 2+ years of experience as a coach on a travel team, high school, or collegiate level Previous experience as a volleyball player Previous experience working with athletes aged 6 to 18 Good Oral Communication Skills

• Lead practices and game day coaching Develop athletes' volleyball skills and game knowledge Create a positive, competitive and supportive team culture Mentor assistant coaches Be a lifelong learner Think outside the box and communicate new ideas and visions Willing to work during afternoons or evenings and during weekends.
