The ideal candidate has real boxing experience (training, competition, or coaching background), a strong grasp of technique and the philosophy behind it , and the ability to translate that knowledge to members of all skill levels — all while bringing high energy to an early-morning time slot. This is a part-time, recurring role for someone local to the Downtown Hollywood, FL area who's reliable, motivating, and passionate about helping members get real results. Responsibilities Lead structured boxing classes tailored to different skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed Demonstrate boxing techniques, including stance, punches, footwork, and defensive moves, with clear instructions Monitor participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and motivate them to stay committed Maintain a safe environment by enforcing behavior management policies and addressing any safety concerns promptly Incorporate related activities such as strength training, cardio drills, or stretching to enhance overall fitness Qualifications Prior experience in boxing instruction or coaching in a health club or gym setting Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of learners Passion for promoting health and fitness through engaging martial arts instruction experience speaking and projecting voiceover a microphone
Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
