Offensive Assistant Coach West Bay Collegiate Academy Largo, FL Job Details Seasonal $15 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications School experience Teamwork Sports coaching Attention to detail Leadership Full Job Description Job Summary West Bay Collegiate Academy is seeking motivated and knowledgeable Offensive Assistant Coaches to join our football staff for the upcoming season. This role will support the development of our offensive unit and help mentor student-athletes both on and off the field. We are looking for coaches who are passionate about teaching the game, detail-oriented, and committed to player development.

Responsibilities:

Assist with offensive game planning and installation Support position coaching and player development Help break down film and scout opponents Assist during practices (drills, instruction, and organization) Work closely with head coach and staff to improve offensive execution Mentor student-athletes academically and athletically

Schedule:

Seasonal (August 11 - November 4) Monday-Wednesday mornings (6:30 AM - 8:30 AM, subject to assignment)

Qualifications:

Prior coaching or playing experience preferred (high school, college, or training level) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to teach fundamentals and scheme concepts Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation:

Based on experience (discussed during interview)

Pay:

$15.00 - $40.00 per hour
