Starting this year 2025, we have changed our name to DSA Academy. We are more than just a club or another program in the area; we are a family environment where our players grow, get inspired, and develop their skills while they enjoy the beautiful sport of soccer. Role Description This is a contract on-site role for a Head Soccer Coach based in Miami, FL. The Head Soccer Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting soccer practice sessions, developing training programs, and coaching during games. Additionally, the coach will be tasked with mentoring players, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment. Collaboration and communication with parents, and participation in community events and meetings will also be part of the daily responsibilities. Qualifications Soccer Coaching and Football skills Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Background in Education and Teaching Experience in Coaching and team management Passion for youth development and soccer Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Relevant coaching certifications are a plus
