Your Role:

As a Miami Wave coach, you'll lead one or more of our competitive or non-competitive teams, guiding athletes through practices, tournaments, and skill development. You'll create a positive and supportive environment where players can reach their full potential.

Your Qualifications:

Proven volleyball expertise and a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience. A passion for working with young athletes and a strong understanding of their developmental needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn and grow. Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
