Company Description Oasis Futsal Academy is an elite youth futsal program focused on individual player development in a fun, high-energy, and "club-neutral" environment. We combine modern small-group training, a cutting-edge mobile app, and an innovative coaching approach to transform how young athletes learn and grow. We're growing fast and we're looking for enthusiastic coaches who are passionate about soccer, love working with kids, and are eager to gain valuable coaching and leadership experience.

Position Summary:

We're hiring part-time Academy Coaches to lead after-school futsal sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a soccer background especially student athletes who are looking for flexible hours, great pay, and a rewarding role helping young players thrive.

What You'll Do:

Lead fun, skill-focused futsal training sessions for youth players Design and organize age-appropriate drills and small-sided games Motivate and mentor young athletes in a positive and respectful way Provide clear, constructive feedback to help players improve Assist with player evaluations and ensure a safe training environment

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Soccer playing experience (club, high school, college, or equivalent) Strong communication skills—especially with kids Reliable, responsible, and coachable Available weekday afternoons (5-8 PM)

Preferred:

Currently attending or recently graduated from a local college or university Experience coaching, mentoring, or working with children Familiarity with futsal or small-sided soccer Why Join Us?
