Welcome! We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our awesome team! As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring gymnasts ages 5 and up, teaching them proper techniques and helping them achieve their full potential!

Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor gymnasts ages 5 and up. Teach proper gymnastics techniques for various apparatus including vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that meet the needs of each athlete. Assess and monitor athlete progress, provide individual feedback and encouragement to help them progress and improve. Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes in the program. Collaborate with other coaches to plan and execute special events, such as competitions and performances. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and other program-related data. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates and information about the program. Ensure that all equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and in good condition. Attend regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
