09/13/2026 Comments to applicant: We are looking for a boys basketball coach for 24-25 season. We need someone who will be a good role model for the boys, knowledge of basketball and nurture a positive culture in the team. Florida law requires all Athletic Coaches to hold either a valid Florida Educator Certificate or a valid Athletic Coaching Certificate. The Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) issues two types of Athletic Coaching Certificates. The Three-Year Athletic Coaching Certificate is issued to provide time to complete the Five-Year Athletic Coaching Certificate requirements. An additional Athletic Coaching Certificate is not required for individuals who hold a valid Florida Educator's Certificate.
