Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Kids Sports Coach to lead engaging, fun-filled sports sessions for children ages 2-12yrs. In this role, you will foster teamwork, build confidence, and promote healthy habits through dynamic coaching in a variety of sports and physical activities. Duties Lead structured sports activities and games tailored to different age groups, ensuring safety and enjoyment at all times Teach fundamental skills in sports such as soccer, basketball, football, volleyball. Implement sports-specific training instructions to improve children's technique, coordination, and teamwork Manage behavior effectively to create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants Communicate clearly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, achievements, and areas for improvement Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid procedures and AED operation when necessary Requirements Prior experience working with children in sports or physical education settings is essential Demonstrated knowledge of various sports Certification in first aid and CPR; AED operation certification preferred but can be provided if necessary Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Experience in coaching or teaching physical education with an emphasis on behavior management techniques Ability to lead team activities confidently while maintaining a lively and motivating atmosphere Relevant sports team experience or certifications in sports-specific training instruction are highly desirable Enthusiasm for promoting health, fitness, and teamwork among young learners
