Job Description
Seeking a person that is committed to high school youth, and to coach, mentor, and oversee an after-school basketball, academic, life-skills, and financial literacy program. The program will take place 2-4x per week among 3 Miami-Dade Public High Schools. For the program website and a short video, simply visit: www.butlerbasketballschool.com. We have 2 paid positions and will fill the remaining positions with volunteers. Two individuals are needed at each school site. No experience is needed, just a commitment and the ability to pass a public school district background check. The role requires simply to supervise and help with a 1-hour financial literacy workshop after-school and then instruct youth during a 1-hour outdoor basketball practice. Two hours per day total are needed, and if you are not available everyday, we can work with your schedule. If you are available at least 2x a week that is fine. www.butlerbasketballschool.com
