We bring fun, high-energy soccer sessions to preschools, daycares, parks and community sites across the Orlando area. Our goal is to build confidence, character and a love of the game in every child, not just soccer skills. The Role We're looking for a Director of Coaching to lead and grow our coaching team. You'll make sure every session, at every site, delivers a great experience for kids, parents and partners. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll coach on the field and develop the people who coach alongside you. What You'll Do Recruit, hire, onboard and train new coaches Observe sessions regularly and give coaches clear, constructive feedback Ensure consistent delivery of the Soccer Shots curriculum and program standards Build and manage weekly coach schedules and cover call-outs Lead sessions yourself as needed Build strong relationships with parents, school directors and site partners Help with seasonal events, camps and program growth Promote a positive, safe, kid-first culture across the team What We're Looking For Experience coaching or teaching young children (ages 2-8 strongly preferred) Leadership experience managing, training or mentoring others High energy, positive attitude and strong communication skills Organized, reliable and able to juggle multiple sites and schedules Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites across the Orlando area Available weekday mornings and afternoons; some weekends Able to pass a background check Soccer playing or coaching background is a plus, not required What We Offer $44,000 starting salary plus bonus A leadership role with a growing local business Ongoing training and professional development A fun, active job where you make a real difference in kids' lives every day
