Swing Envy is Orlando's premier indoor golf instruction and practice facility, serving recreational golfers with state-of-the-art technology including Foresight launch monitors, Swing Catalyst video analysis, SportsBox AI, and the only public PuttView putting green in Central Florida. We offer a welcoming, improvement-focused environment for golfers of all skill levels.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Coach to join our team and help expand our instructional offerings. This role is ideal for a PGA-certified instructor or experienced teaching professional who thrives in a tech-forward, customer-focused setting. You'll deliver private lessons, lead group clinics, and help shape new programming (including junior development and league coaching). Experience Required

• 2+ years of experience in the golf industry, instruction and club fitting preferred
• PGA certification or equivalent teaching experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of helping golfers improve their game
• Comfortable using golf technology and video analysis tools (training provided if needed)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work evenings and one weekend day (flexible scheduling available)
• Passion for golf and a desire to grow with a dynamic indoor golf business Bonus Skills (Not Required):
• Experience running junior camps or youth golf programs
• Familiarity with simulator-based instruction
• Social media presence or interest in creating golf content Essential Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality private and semi-private golf instruction to players of all skill levels
• Utilize Swing Envy's advanced technology (Foresight, Swing Catalyst, SportsBox AI, PuttView) to deliver data-driven coaching
• Assist in developing and leading group clinics, junior programs, and seasonal leagues
• Collaborate with management to create new lesson packages and instructional content
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive atmosphere for all guests
• Help with facility operations during coaching shifts (e.g., greeting clients, managing bookings) Benefits
