Job Summary Oviedo Magic Coaching Opportunity We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Volleyball Coach to inspire and develop athletes of all skill levels. In this role, you will lead training sessions, foster teamwork, and promote a positive sporting environment. Your passion for sports and ability to motivate others will help players reach their full potential while emphasizing safety, sportsmanship, and skill development. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on athletes' lives through dynamic coaching and leadership. Duties Design and implement engaging volleyball training programs tailored to various skill levels Lead practices, drills, and game strategies to improve team performance Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and confidence Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols, including first aid, CPR, and AED operation Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding schedules, performance, and behavioral expectations Manage behavior on and off the court to promote respectful conduct and team cohesion Experience Prior volleyball coaching experience or sports coaching experience preferred Demonstrated leadership in team settings or sports teams Experience working with children or youth in a coaching or teaching capacity Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction techniques for volleyball or related sports such as soccer, basketball, cheerleading, climbing, martial arts (Karate, Judo), or swimming Strong communication skills for client (player and parent) engagement and team management Certifications in first aid, CPR, AED operation required; additional certifications in lifeguarding or health club experience are a plus Background in physical education teaching or working with students is advantageous Familiarity with behavior management strategies to foster discipline and respect among athletes Join us as a Volleyball Coach where your enthusiasm fuels our athletes' success! $400.00 - $700.00 per month
