Youth Sports Coach - Volleyball After-School Programs The Players Sports Academy (PSA) Join The Players Sports Academy (PSA) as a Volleyball Lead Coach and help young players develop skills, confidence, and a love for the game in a fun, supportive environment. If you enjoy working with kids, staying active, and coaching volleyball, you could be a good fit for this position What You'll Do Lead engaging, age-appropriate training sessions Create a positive environment focused on development, effort, and teamwork Teach fundamental skills, movement, and game play Keep sessions organized, active, and safe Manage a team of other coaches. Helping organize and prepare them for the session Manage groups with professionalism and encouragement Communicate clearly with parents, fellow coaches, and PSA staff Collaborate in helping tweak and implement a specific volleyball curriculum for an eight-week season.
