Role:

We're hiring outgoing, dependable individuals to join our team as a sports coach. This role is perfect for anyone who enjoys working with kids, staying active, and creating a positive environment where children can thrive through play.

Responsibilities:

Complete paid training, learning basic knowledge of a variety of sports. Run sports and fitness sessions for children ages 2-10 years using our provided curriculum. Travel to various locations in the Parkland / Boca area to deliver services. Ensure a safe environment for all participants, adhering to our safety guidelines. Weekly or biweekly visits to storage room to change equipment.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with children in a supervisory or instructional capacity. Basic knowledge of various sports and physical education. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to multiple locations. Successful completion of a Level 2 Background Screening. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexibly and independently.
