Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Tennis Coach to inspire and develop players of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will lead engaging tennis training sessions, foster a positive environment for skill growth, and promote a love for the sport. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help players improve their technique, build confidence, and enjoy the game to the fullest. Responsibilities Deliver dynamic tennis training programs tailored to individual and group needs Teach fundamental techniques, rules, and strategies of tennis to players of all ages Provide constructive feedback to help players improve their skills and performance Maintain a safe playing environment by enforcing safety protocols and proper equipment use. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and colleagues. Assist in equipment maintenance and ensure courts are prepared for daily use Participate in camp programs, tournaments, and special events as needed Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a love for the game among students
Qualifications:
Previous coaching experience in tennis is preferred. Strong understanding of tennis techniques and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages. Certification from a recognized tennis association (e.g., USPTA, PTR) is a plus but not necessary. Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

$45.00 per hour
