We're looking for an experienced and passionate Level 3+ Tumbling Coach who thrives in a fast-paced, athlete-centered environment and is excited to help build one of the premier all-star cheer programs on the Emerald Coast. Responsibilities Coach athletes ranging from beginner through Elite Level 3+ tumbling. Teach and safely progress standing and running tumbling techniques. Spot athletes using proper safety standards and progressions. Create engaging, structured lesson plans for classes and team practices. Provide individualized corrections while maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere. Work collaboratively with team coaches to support athlete development. Monitor athlete progress and communicate recommendations to coaching staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment. Uphold the standards, culture, and values of Cheer Athletics.

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience coaching competitive cheerleading and tumbling. Ability to coach and safely spot: Standing Back Handsprings Back Tucks Layouts Full Twists Running Tumbling through Elite Level 3+ Strong knowledge of tumbling progressions and injury prevention. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Positive attitude with a passion for developing athletes. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Evening and weekend availability.

Preferred:

USASF coaching credentials (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience coaching at an All-Star program. Experience working with athletes of various ages and skill levels. Schedule Monday-Thursday evenings Saturday mornings (as needed) Additional hours available during camps, clinics, choreography, and summer programming.
