D-BAT Southshore is seeking an experienced softball coach to help athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and reach their goals. We're looking for someone who brings strong softball knowledge, positive energy, and a passion for developing players. Responsibilities Provide private and small-group softball lessons. Teach hitting, fielding, throwing, and position-specific skills. Lead or assist with softball camps, clinics, and team training. Develop instruction appropriate to each athlete's age and ability. Track player progress and communicate with athletes and parents. Maintain a safe, positive, and professional training environment. Qualifications Previous softball playing or coaching experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with youth athletes. Reliable, organized, and committed to player development. High school, collegiate, or professional playing or coaching experience preferred. Pitching or catching expertise is a plus. Schedule & Compensation Scheduling and compensation will be discussed during the interview based on experience, availability, and responsibilities. Please include your availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
