No previous swim instructor experience is required—we provide training to help you succeed! Must enjoy working with children. Previous swim instruction or childcare experience is preferred but not required. Experience working with children ages 6 months to 10 years or swimmers with special needs is a plus. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities Teach swimming skills using the SafeSplash® curriculum. Create a fun, positive, and safe learning environment. Provide encouragement and feedback to swimmers and their families. Maintain equipment and ensure lessons start on time. Communicate swimmer progress and class updates to the team. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Make a Difference Every Day!
