GVA Soccer is a youth soccer training and Speed & Agility academy based in South Florida, dedicated to developing technical, athletic, and mentally strong players. We're looking for a passionate, experienced Female Goalkeeper Coach to join our coaching staff and lead position-specific training for our youth athletes.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver individual and small-group goalkeeper training sessions Develop age-appropriate technical curriculum (shot-stopping, footwork, distribution, positioning, 1v1s) Track player progress and contribute to individual development plans Communicate with parents/players on training goals and progress Collaborate with GVA's field coaching staff to align GK training with team tactics Maintain a safe, positive, and high-performance training environment
Qualifications:
Playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate, professional, or high-level club level (goalkeeper-specific preferred) Coaching license (US Soccer, USSF, or equivalent) preferred Experience working with youth athletes (ages 8-18) Strong communication skills with players and parents Reliable transportation; ability to work evenings/weekends per training schedule
Compensation:
$25/hour
Schedule:
Flexible — Monday through Friday, 3PM-7
