Job Overview Developmental Swim Coach - Part-Time Pipeline Swimming is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic developmental swim coach to motivate and encourage young swimmers. The ideal candidate celebrates progress, supports athletes through challenges, and promotes consistent effort and a positive attitude. "Swimming Fast and Having Fun" is our motto! Approximately 15 hours per week $18-$21 per hour, based on experience Previous swimming or coaching experience preferred, but not required Experience working with children, athlete development, or education is a plus Punctuality, reliability, communication, and teamwork are essential Responsibilities Assist in swim training sessions tailored to different skill levels and age groups Support swimmers during practice by providing feedback, encouragement, and safety oversight Help monitor pool safety protocols, and AED operation when necessary Promote good behavior and sportsmanship among participants, managing group dynamics effectively Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding swimmer progress and program updates Maintain a safe, clean, and organized pool environment in compliance with health and safety standards Relevant experience in health club or gym settings is beneficial Join us as an Assistant Swim Coach to inspire young athletes, develop your teaching or coaching expertise, and be part of a supportive community dedicated to health, fitness, and fun!
