Part-Time Women'S Assistant Beach Volleyball Coach

Position Details The Athletic Department at The University of Tampa has an opening for a Part-time Women's Assistant Beach Volleyball Coach. This position will assist the head coach with organization, development, and implementation of a nationally competitive women's beach volleyball program. Responsibilities 1. Practice preparation and coaching 2. Coordinating team and recruiting travel and logistics 3. Assist with operating budget expenditures 4. Assist with academic development of student athletes 5. Assist with scheduling practices and contests 6. Assist with fundraising activities 7. Other duties as assigned by the head coach 8. Contribute to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures and backgrounds Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree preferred 2. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulation 3. Knowledge of all aspects of coaching 4. Ability to work nights and weekends 5. Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn The University of Tampa software programs such as Workday and Microsoft Office 6. Willingness to embrace new technologies and innovative organizational practices Required Attachments 1. Cover letter 2.
