Volleyball Private and Group Lessons Coach Edge Volleyball Training Tampa, FL Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Contract | Internship From $30 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Sports coaching Teaching experience with students with various learning styles Instructor-led training (training delivery method) Developing new training programs Adaptability Full Job Description Edge Volleyball Training is the ONLY volleyball training facility in Tampa. We work with athletes from across the Tampa Bay Area, throughout Florida, and from around the United States who travel in for training. In just a few years, Edge has trained over 1,000 athletes at all stages of their development. What makes Edge different is the way we train. Our sessions are not built around scrimmaging or just getting touches on the ball. Training is focused on mechanics, understanding how the body moves, and helping athletes make real technical changes that translate into game performance. Most of our work is done through private lessons and small group sessions so athletes can get high-quality reps, video feedback, and detailed coaching that they often don't receive in traditional team environments. Because of this approach, we are intentional about the coaches we bring in. We are looking for knowledgeable coaches who care about teaching the game the right way and who want to work in an environment focused on athlete development. Edge is currently looking to add experienced volleyball coaches to our staff. Coaches primarily work in private lesson and small group settings, helping athletes improve their mechanics, decision making, and overall understanding of the game. Scheduling is flexible. Whether you are looking to coach a few hours each week, are in Tampa for the spring or summer, or want to train athletes consistently throughout the week, we work with your availability . For the right coach, this position also has the opportunity to grow into a full-time coaching role as demand continues to grow.

Communicate effectively with players and their parents/guardians regarding training objectives, progress, and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques, strategies, and developments in the sport.
